Hello! Gymnastics is my life! I started at four years old, competing and doing shows throughout high school. After high school, I began teaching, coaching, and doing demos and parades. I worked at Lancerlot Gymnatics, Roanoke Academy, Botetourt Gymnastics, and my own gym Creative Fitness. All of that to say, I have ended up here at Prestige, where I am currently enjoying my time coaching. My home life is amazing as I am married with two girls, both of which did competitive gymnastics. Hiking, biking, and kayaking are my favorite activities, my favorite color is orange, and I love hanging out in the Preschool area of the gym going over colors on the bright-colored mats! The Preschool area's vibrant colors make for a fun time, but I love working with kids of all ages. Fun fact about me: I have a black belt in Judo and Kempo Karate. I am also CPR and first aid certified, as are most of our emploees here at Prestige!
