Liz will be taking over coaching our Adult Gymnastics class, but she is not new to the sport or coaching! She competed through Level 6 as a teen, and her first job was coaching gymnastics! She currently is a clinical psychologist at the Salem VA Healthcare System. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, and long-distance running!
