Recreational Gymnastics

“Ruby” is our entry-level gymnastics class made specifically for beginners. Our coaches will be introducing the basics on vault, bars, beam, and floor. This class also incorporates dance technique and strength building exercises. We incorporate games, group and individual activities, skill challenges, and obstacle courses. Athletes in a Ruby class should expect to gain strength and flexibility, along with seeing great improvements in their balance and self-confidence.

Ages 5-13

“Emerald” is the next step after our entry-level beginner class, “Ruby.” Serving all of the same benefits, this class builds on the foundation the athletes have created previously by introducing next level skills and drills. This class is centered around the competitive level, “Bronze.”

“Sapphire” is the next step after “Emerald.” Serving all of the same benefits, this class continues to increase in difficulty level. Our Sapphire class is centered around the competitive level, “Silver.”  Currently, we do not offer a recreational class with a level above “Sapphire,” as most athletes who achieve this level choose to join one of our competitive teams.

Pre-Team Levels

Prestige Teams are known for our exquisite technique and driven gymnasts. We offer structured team practices in a safe environment with professional coaches. Our gymnasts work hard while our coaches add fun and excitement into every practice! We offer amazing quality with guaranteed lower prices than all of our competitors. Prestige Competitive Team strives to be a family friendly organization where team bonding and teamwork are encouraged and practiced on a daily basis.
